Due to scheduling conflicts, we have to skip the outdoor workout this weekend but we'll be back at it starting Saturday 8/19/07 at 9:30am at our normal metroparks location.
There may be some folks showing up this weekend anyway, so if you're game, show up too and exercise together without us.

Bill/Paul,
Can either of you come up with a workout (the less equipment needed, the better probably) for this weekend. Any equipment needed can be picked up by me for this Saturday's workout.
Is there going to be a Thursday evening workout? I can pick everything up at that time.
You can also tell everyone that the workout will be run by fellow CrossFitters and I can have a workout arranged. Between Sean, Jason, and I we should be able to pull it off.
You may give people my cell phone and email as well, if they have questions.
