Our next outdoor CrossFit workout is set for this Saturday, May 26th at 10:00am in the Cleveland Metroparks. There is no charge. We will have at least two CrossFit Certified trainers managing and scaling the workouts to each person's fitness level.

Where are you guys looking to setup a gym at? Are you looking for a kettlebell instructor (RKC)?
We have 3 prospective locations, all in Westlake. We are hoping to open by mid July. We can talk about doing some KB classes or seminars.
