Our first outdoor CrossFit workout is set for this Saturday, May 12th at 10:00am in the Cleveland Metroparks. There is no charge, bring a friend! Dogs welcome.
We will have at least two CrossFit Certified trainers managing and scaling the workouts to each person's fitness level.

We are meeting under the I-90 and Hilliard Road Bridges, 1/2 mile south of the Dog Park. We have rain cover in case of bad weather so show up rain or shine. Bring a pair of Dumbells if you have them, we'll have extras if you don't.
