Monday thru Friday morning- 5:00am, 5:30am & 6:00am
Monday evening- 5:30pm (only one start time on monday)
Tuesday thru Thursday evening- 5:30pm, 6:00pm & 6:30pm

Saturday morning - 8:30am, 9:30am 10:00am & 10:30am
Saturday 10/10/09 9:00am - CrossFit Cleveland 5K Plus*
Saturday: 9:00am Basic Group Workout-First 3 visits FREE

Outdoor Workout - Saturday 6/30/07

We'll be back in the Metroparks this Saturday 6/30/07 at 10:00AM. We plan on starting at 10:00AM sharp and get done by 11:00AM, so please show up a little early.

Outdoor Workout - Saturday 6/23/07

Bill will be picking the workout for this Saturday, try to make it this weekend!

We'll be meeting at 10:00AM this Saturday in the Cleveland Metroparks, on the Valley Parkway under the I-90 bridge. It's about 1/2 mile south of the Dog Park. Click here for a map.
